American Idol David Hernandez Eliminated
I haven’t seen the first episode of the American Idol Season 7 Finals just yet (stupid Torrent!!!), but I just heard that David Hernandez has just become the first finalist to get axed from the show.
He sang “I Saw Her Standing There”, and didn’t really get that much love from the judges, thinking it was “overdone”.
Do you think that the news that Hernandez was a gay stripper had anything to do with his elimination? Nah, I don’t think so. This batch is just so good, save for one or two, that anyone could get kicked out, even early favorite David Archuleta, whose performance of “We Can Work It Out” I heard was described by Simon Cowell as “a mess”.
Oh well. One down, 10 more to go before we get to see who will be this year’s American Idol.
