Wikipedia says Boyer, 19, is a French-born Mexican actress. She was in a popular Mexican television series called Rebelde, and has appeared in various lad mags.
She could appear in Good Housekeeping for all I care, as long as she’s wearing the same stuff she had on in this Maxim photo shoot.
