Oblation Run 2007
If there’s one event in the Philippine calendar that rightfully deserves to be put in this category, it’s the annual UP Oblation Run, done by members of the Alpha Phi Omega fraternity. This afternoon, 50 penises of all sizes and shapes swung as their hooded owners ran, as scores of giggling women, shrieking homos and curiously amused straight guys looked on.
The Oblation Run has been a long-standing tradition, and this year, some APO member said this year’s run is in protest of blah-blah-blah. Whatever. As far as the country is concerned, it’s all about the sausages.
