The Hunky Priests of Calendario Romano 2008
While writing this piece, I couldn’t help but notice that outside my window, lightning has been striking and thunder has been booming a little too frequently for comfort.
With every letter that I type, I find myself cringing with every thunderous crash. This is odd, I thought. Does what I’m posting right now have something to do with the the terrible weather?
If it is, I don’t really blame the Big Guy up there. After all, I don’t think he’d be too happy having his loyal servants being served up as sex objects in a calendar.
But then again, why the hell did they release something like the Calendario Romano 2008, featuring some of the hunkiest members of the clergy they could find, in the first place? I think it has something to do with increasing church attendance, or something along those lines. With priests like these, expect communion lines to be kilometric and the confessional booths filled to the brim with men and women waiting to confess their dirtiest little secrets to that hunk of a priest.
