Iza Calzado To Reprise “Sigaw” Role in Hollywood
Finally, after months of speculation, the lovely Iza Calzado will be reprising her role in the Hollywood remake of the Yam Laranas film Sigaw.
Re-titled The Echo, the Hollywood version will see Iza once again play the ghost of an abused wife, the same role that creeped people out in the original film. The remake, which Laranas will also be directing, will star Flags of Our Fathers’ Jesse Bradford, who I presume will be playing the character originated by Richard Gutierrez.
Finally, a major Hollywood role for a homegrown Filipino actress, and one of our most beautiful ones at that!
