OK, the headline may be a little too optimistic, but we have every reason to be, especially if we believe a Gmail chat screenshot purportedly between gossip blog Celebslam and recent rehab graduate Lindsay Lohan, where the latter expresses her worry that naked pictures of her taken by ex-boytoy Calum Best might wind up on the Internet.
